Your baby’s pictures are an instant family heirloom, but they become all the more meaningful when you include sentimental details- like this family did with their rocking horse baby pictures.
This sweet little guy enjoyed getting his picture made with his namesake’s rocking horse during his 7 month photoshoot.
He was very curious and excited to meet this amazing heirloom!
(I can’t wait to see how this rocking horse image looks in his home in the grouping his sweet mama picked out.)
Sometimes, the heirloom you include in your baby’s pictures isn’t old; it’s brand new. It is something that will become an heirloom for future generations.
For example, this sweet little guy’s mama sewed his baptism gown! He was baptized in this gown shortly after these pictures were taken.
When you or someone else (like grandmom) hand-makes something for your baby, it deserves a place in your baby’s pictures.
Of course, if you can’t think of anything personal to include in your baby’s pictures, a cute outfit and one of my little antique chairs will do the trick.
No matter what you decide to include in your little one’s pictures, we’re sure to capture your baby’s full range of emotions during your session. I love how this little guy showed us both his big grins and his sweet serious looks.
Whether you would like to create your own rocking horse baby pictures, or you have a handmade baby blanket you want to include in your baby’s portraits- I would love to discuss the possibilities with you.
